Deleting and Item from EcoFloats

Whilst certain items will be automatically removed from the application, e.g. items reserved and never collected past the 'available till date', there may be times when you need to remove and item. For example, if you decide to take an item home with you, rather than relist it. This can be achieved from the My Items screen, by clicking Delete Item.

Choose the disposal reason and click Update Listing. Available disposal reasons are:

  • Item created in error

  • Item was given away outside of EcoFloats

  • Item was left at the holiday venue

  • Item was kept to take home

  • Item was damaged and recycled

  • Item was damanged and left at holiday venue

Please do remove items when necessary and leave a reason. This is really helpful for understanding how our customers use the EcoFloats app and how we can improve the product.
