Collecting Your Item

Clicking on Reserved on the bottom navigation bar will display all the items that you have reserved.

This section can also be used to cancel your reserved item. Simply click Cancel Reservation and it will be removed from your list and returned to the marketplace, available for other holidaymakers to reserve and collect.

As soon as you have reserved an item, we recommend you initiate a chat with the owner to arrange collection. This can be done by clicking on the Chat icon to the right of the Collect button. Clicking this will take you to the conversation which can also be access via the Chat option on the bottom navigation bar.

Once you have arranged collection and physically have the item in your possession, click Collect and the item will transfer to your items and be visible under My Items.

The Reservation Screen
