Chatting With Other Users

The Chat screen

Having initiated the chat from the reservation screen, or selecting the Chat icon on the bottom navigation and chosing the relevant conversation from the list, you can proceed to arrange collection of the item from the person who has listed it.

Please note that you can only chat with users with whom you have reserved an item. Chatting with other users on the app is not possible.
